By accessing or using PASmetric, you agree to these Terms of Use. You should also review the Privacy Policy, which describes how PASmetric handles information connected to the service.
Eligibility
The PASmetric consumer service is intended for people aged 18 or older. Users must provide accurate account information and use only their own authorized account.
Accounts and Security
Users are responsible for reasonable protection of their account credentials and for activity performed through their authorized account. If you believe account access has been compromised, contact the PASmetric administrator or support contact responsible for your account or assessment.
PASmetric Assessment Services
PASmetric provides professional and workplace behavioural assessment services, including the PAS Development Profile, participant workspace access, result viewing, and report access where available.
Important Assessment Limitations
PASmetric assessment outputs are intended to support personal development, coaching, workplace behavioural insight, and structured professional conversations. Assessment outputs are descriptive.
They are not medical diagnoses, psychological or psychiatric diagnoses, clinical assessments, guarantees of future performance, percentile rankings unless explicitly stated, pass/fail determinations, or guaranteed suitability judgments.
Assessment results should not be used as the sole basis for high-impact decisions such as employment selection, termination, promotion, medical decisions, or other decisions requiring qualified professional judgment.
User Responsibilities
Users must answer assessments honestly to the best of their ability, not impersonate others, not interfere with platform operation, not attempt unauthorized access, not misuse reports or data, and not use PASmetric unlawfully.
Reports and PDFs
Authorized users may access available reports and PDF reports. Reports are for the purposes described by the service and should be interpreted in context.
Enterprise and Invitation Use
Where users access PASmetric through an organization or invitation, they must use the assessment only as authorized by that assessment or organizational arrangement.
Intellectual Property
PASmetric software, assessment content, item and question content, assessment methodology, scoring logic, report structures, text, visual design, and branding are protected to the extent applicable. Users may access and download authorized personal reports as provided by the service, but must not copy, scrape, reproduce, reverse engineer, redistribute, publish, or create unauthorized derivative assessment materials except where permitted by law or written authorization.
Availability and Changes
PASmetric may maintain, update, improve, or change platform functionality. The service is not promised to be uninterrupted or error-free.
Suspension or Termination
PASmetric may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, unauthorized use, abuse, legal obligations, or protection of the platform and its users.
Disclaimer
Assessment results depend partly on responses supplied by participants and should be interpreted in context. PASmetric does not replace professional, clinical, legal, employment, or other qualified judgment where such judgment is required.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PASmetric is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse of assessment outputs or unauthorized reliance on them. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy
Use of PASmetric is also subject to the Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as PASmetric services or practices change. The Last updated date identifies the current version.
Governing Law
These Terms are subject to applicable laws and any governing terms established for the relevant PASmetric service or organizational arrangement. This section may be updated after the legal operator or jurisdiction is formally determined.
