About This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how PASmetric handles personal information when people use the website, create an account, participate in assessments, access reports, or use related PASmetric services.
Information We Collect
Account and profile information may include name or display name, email address, gender where supplied, date of birth where supplied, phone number where supplied, company or position where supplied, address where supplied, country, language, timezone, and account or profile settings. Not every field is required for every user or service flow.
Assessment Information
PASmetric may process assessment sessions, assessment responses, runtime and item ordering information, assessment language and version provenance, scores, results, reports, and report ownership or access information. PASmetric does not expose proprietary assessment algorithms through this Privacy Policy.
Information From Google Sign-In
When Google Sign-In is used, PASmetric may receive information made available through the authentication process, such as provider account identifier, email address, display name, verification status, and profile or avatar information where supplied by Google.
How Information Is Used
PASmetric uses information to create and maintain accounts, authenticate users, provide assessments, save assessment progress and responses, generate assessment results and reports, provide participant workspace functionality, maintain security and authorization, support users, and maintain or improve platform reliability.
Cookies and Session Technologies
PASmetric uses session and security technologies necessary for authentication, maintaining application sessions, CSRF and security protection, and core application operation. The current service design does not identify advertising cookies or analytics trackers.
Reports and Assessment Results
Authorized participants may access assessment results, browser reports, and PDF reports when available. Access is controlled through account, session, and report authorization.
Sharing and Service Providers
PASmetric may rely on technology and service providers required to operate the service, such as authentication, infrastructure, email, or related technical services when configured. Google participates when Google Sign-In is chosen. PASmetric does not use assessment information for advertising purposes based on the current service design.
Data Security
PASmetric uses security controls such as authenticated access, authorization checks, password hashing, CSRF protection, session security, rate limiting, and security middleware. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate operational records, protect platform integrity, and satisfy applicable legal or contractual requirements. A fixed retention period has not been established in the current product configuration.
Access, Correction, Export, and Deletion Requests
Users can update supported profile information through available profile controls. For requests not available through self-service, including export or deletion requests, users should contact the PASmetric administrator or support contact responsible for the account or assessment. PASmetric does not currently provide self-service account deletion or self-service data export controls.
Enterprise and Organization Assessments
Where an assessment is provided through an organization, access and handling may also depend on the organization or assessment arrangement and authorized roles connected to that assessment.
Children and Age
PASmetric consumer services are intended for users aged 18 or older. The current service does not provide a parental-consent workflow.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as PASmetric services or practices change. The Last updated date identifies the current version.
